You'll see exactly what the weekly briefing looks like in your inbox, and how the tools translate the numbers into action.

What you'll see in the demo

The walkthrough uses anonymized data from a fictional Series A SaaS company so the demo stays realistic without exposing real customer financials. We start with the AI CFO briefing — the same Monday-morning email the platform sends to your inbox — and walk through how each section is generated: the cash position, the burn trend, the runway projection, and the CFO recommendations that follow.

From the briefing we click into the live tools. You'll watch the Health Scorecard grade the company across 8 dimensions in real time, see how the Burn Rate Calculator re-derives the runway when we toggle "what-if" cost cuts, and follow a 13-week cash forecast from base case to upside. Every click is a real tool running on real numbers — no canned screen recordings.

You don't need to bring data. You don't need to prep. Bring questions. The session is most useful when you ask about your specific stage, your current stack, or a decision you're weighing (raising, hiring, cutting, switching vendors). We end every demo with 5 minutes for that, and we send a follow-up summary by email.

What the demo covers

  • Reading a Health Scorecard in 60 seconds — what each of the 8 dimensions means and which ones matter most at your stage.
  • Stress-testing runway with the Burn Rate Calculator — toggling cost cuts, revenue growth, and hiring plans to see the runway move.
  • Walking through a 13-week cash forecast — base, upside, and downside scenarios on the same chart.
  • Reading a Fundraise Readiness score — what investors look at first, and which three metrics move the needle.
  • Generating a board deck in under five minutes — the same deck the AI CFO produces when the user clicks "Board Pack".
  • How the AI CFO connects to QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite — what data flows in and what never leaves your books.
  • Pricing context — when Starter ($199/mo) is enough, when Growth ($499/mo) is the right move, and when Scale ($749/mo) replaces an FP&A hire.
  • Q&A — your stack, your stage, your next decision.

Pricing context

Eight of our tools are free and need no demo at all — if you only want to run a Health Scorecard, calculate burn, or generate a board deck, head straight to /tools and use them now. The demo is most useful once you've decided you want the platform to connect to live books and deliver a weekly AI CFO briefing without you logging into a dashboard.

The full pricing breakdown lives on /pricing. Briefly: Starter is $199/month for QuickBooks-only companies that need weekly briefings and 13-week forecasts. Growth is $499/month and adds Xero, NetSuite, fundraise support, and live data connections for Series A through Series B companies. Scale is $749/month — equivalent enterprise FP&A to Vareto or DataRails at $8,988/year, less than half what those platforms charge. The demo is the right step once you know you want Growth or Scale and want to see the platform on real numbers before you commit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the demo live or self-serve?
Live. A real person walks you through the platform on a shared screen, with sample data. There is no canned video and no signup wall before the demo. If you only want a self-serve experience, the eight free tools at /tools are open to use immediately — no demo required.
How long is the demo?
20 minutes, with five minutes of Q&A at the end. We have found that 20 minutes is long enough to see every core tool in action and short enough to keep the session focused. If you want a deeper walkthrough (custom integrations, multi-entity consolidation, board deck review), book a second call after the first demo.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No prep required. The demo runs on sample data from a fictional Series A SaaS company. The most useful thing to bring is a question about your specific stage or a decision you are weighing — we tailor the last few minutes to that.
Will I see my own data in the demo?
Not in the first demo — we use anonymized sample data so you can see the platform without sharing anything sensitive. If you want a walkthrough on your own books, we schedule a second call after you sign up, and we use a read-only sandbox connection to QuickBooks or Xero.
What happens after the demo?
You receive a one-page summary by email with the talking points, a personalized recommendation for Starter / Growth / Scale based on your stage, and a 14-day free trial link. There is no follow-up sales sequence beyond one check-in email a week later. If you decide not to move forward, we leave you alone.
