Steeled Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any output.

Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Steeled Inc. shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Steeled Inc. in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. If you have not paid any amount, Steeled Inc.'s liability is zero.

All outputs generated by CFOTechStack should be reviewed by a qualified human professional before being relied upon. For regulated domains — including legal, tax, medical, financial, securities, and immigration matters — human professional review is MANDATORY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Steeled Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your reliance on any output; (c) any actions you take or fail to take based on any output; or (d) your violation of these terms. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of the Platform.

This AI Disclaimer, together with the Terms of Service, Marketplace Terms, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Steeled Inc. regarding the limitations and disclaimers applicable to AI-generated content on the Platform.

The CFOTechStack Vendor Marketplace uses AI-generated outputs in several contexts. This section describes the limitations that apply specifically to Marketplace AI features.

Cost benchmarks displayed in the Marketplace are estimates derived from aggregated, anonymized data and AI-assisted analysis. Cost benchmarks are estimates only — verify independently with vendors and market research before using them in budgeting or vendor negotiations.

13.3 Comparison Reports

AI-generated vendor comparison reports summarize self-reported vendor data and publicly available information. They are not independently verified assessments. All information in comparison reports should be confirmed directly with the relevant vendor before making purchasing decisions.

13.4 No Professional Referral

The Marketplace does not constitute a professional referral service and CFOTechStack does not take responsibility for the services delivered by any vendor. Engaging a vendor found through the Marketplace is entirely at your own risk. The AI matching features do not create any warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding vendor quality, licensing, or fitness for your specific needs.
